Sergio Delgado (1974) is a director of Photography born in Logroño,Spain and based in the UK. He studied Image and Sound in Palma de Mallorca and Cinematography at the Centro de Estudios Cinematográficos de Cataluña in Barcelona He started his professional working career in the camera department on international projects with directors such as Steven Soderbergh (Che, The Argentine and Che guerrilla), Jim Jarmusch (The Limits of Control), Guillermo del Toro (Pan's Labyrinth ) and Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu (Nike commercial). Learning his cinematography working with DoPs such as Chris Doyle, Darius Khondji, Robert Richardson, Emmanuel Lubezqui Jack N. Green,Danny Cohen, Robert Yeoman. etc In 2004 he started working as a director of photography on his first feature film (H6: Diary of a serial Killer) and in 2007 he shoots“Brain Drain”,the highest grossing film of the year in Spain. At present he is working as a director of photography on international projects from feature films to tv commercials all over the world.
